What sets Nology apart from other companies you’ve worked for (or heard about)?

Here, each person knows what is expected of them. You either do your part and grow together or you go. (#groworgo) . There is nobody micromanaging anyone, which in my opinion is the ultimate work environment. You are free to manage your time (within boundaries) which only increases the drive to perform. Nobody wants to give this up.
